Blueberry Hill Estates is located between Whistler Village and Whistler Creekside in the Blueberry subdivision. Built in the late 80’s it consists of 2-4 bedroom townhomes. Only the larger 3 and 4 bedroom units have garages though. Stunning views exist from some of the decks in the complex, and there are a variety of well thought out floor plans. It is currently under a Land Use Contract which is a bit vague, but currently the Municipality accepts that nightly rentals can exist in this complex. The LUC will be amended to an official zoning over the coming years. But if a townhome with a garage and upwards of 2100sq ft of living space sounds good, then check out Blueberry Hill Estates.
