The Pinnacle International Resort is a Hotel in Whistler Village, built in 1996 consisting of all studio units/rooms. These units range in size from 280-430 sq ft, and most have a unique soaker tub situation in the room (located in the main room/sleeping area – for those romantic nights!). The Hotel has a Phase 2 restrictive covenant which means that owners have the ability to use their units up to 56 days per year (28 in the winter and 28 in the summer), and the rest of the time the unit is put into the hotels rental pool where the owners earn some revenue back. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, underground parking, 2 great restaurants located on the ground floor: Quattro and Alta Bistro.
