The Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre Hotel was built in 2004-2005 and consists of Studios- 3.5 bedroom units, ranging in size from 580-1700 sq ft. The hotel has a Phase 2 covenant which means that owners can enjoy up to 56 days of usage per year and the rest of the time it is rented out to earn back some revenue. From the revenues one would need to deduct property taxes, monthly strata fees and annual Tourism Whistler fees to get the true net result from expenses (but before any income/personal tax liabilities). The hotel has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and hot tub and is located extremely close to a number of top restaurants and bars. It’s also only a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) to the lift!
