The Executive Suites and Mountainside Lodge were built in 1980, close to the base of Whistler Mountain and just off the village stroll. The consist of studio and 1 bedroom units ranging in size from 380 – 580 sq ft. The hotel has a Phase 2 covenant where owners can enjoy up to 56 days of personal usage per year. The owners get a revenue cheque once a year, and all owner fees (strata, cleaning etc) are deducted from revenues. The complex has a great outdoor swimming pool and a top Italian restaurant located in the building.
