The Hilton Whistler Resort Hotel was built in 2005 and consists of studios – 3 bedroom units, ranging in size from 350 – 1800 sq ft. Despite having a phase 1 covenant and therefore the ability for an owner to use as much as they like, there is a management contract and other things in place to control that. Owners are charged a percentage of the going room rate for that day when they stay, and must book their stays in advance. So to use your own unit regularly could become relatively expensive! Currently this rate is about 16% of the going room rate. The Hilton is located right next to the Whistler Village Gondola, prime access for skiing enthusiasts, and has a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.
