Le Chamois: Condo’s at the Base of Blackcomb Mountain

Le Chamois is one of the few concrete buildings in Whistler, built in 1990 is consists of Studios – 4 bedrooms. The South side of the building has great views of Blackcomb and the ski lifts, with pricing reflective of that when compared to the back (north side). Although Le Chamois has a Phase 1 covenant allowing nightly rentals, it has a management agreement in place where owners are obliged to use the onsite manager for their nightly rentals. However, the penthouse suites are not subjected to this contract. These are much larger 3-4 bedrooms with stunning views and rooftop access and are therefore incredibly sought after and expensive! It has recently undergone upgrades to the pool and hot tub and gym area, as well as roofing in recent years. This complex is good to go! The swimming pool and hot tub are outdoors and have good views of the mountain.
