Lost Lake Lodge: Mountain Condo’s in the Benchlands

Lost Lake Lodge is a condominium building at the far end of the Benchlands, near the infamous ‘Lost Lake’. Built in 1998 it consists of studios – 2 bedrooms ranging in size from 470 – 820 sq ft. Although Lost Lake Lodge has a ‘phase 1’ covenant, it also has a management contract whereby owners must use the onsite rental management company if they wish to rent out their unit on a short term (nightly) basis. For some this takes out the hassle where as others prefer flexibility to choose how to handle their own property and its rentals. Lost Lake does however have an awesome outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and is only a short walk to the beautiful Lost Lake.
